Change in Top Management at Orell Füssli

Zurich, February 25, 2010. The CEO of Orell Füssli Sönke Bandixen leaves the corporation with immediate effect by mutual agreement due to diverse views on strategic issues. The board of directors of Orell Füssli thanks Sönke Bandixen for his great commitment and his loyalty to the corporation. The search of a successor has been initiated. The chairman of the board of directors Klaus Oesch will act as CEO ad interim.
