Orell Füssli takes a minority stake (25%) in Bider & Tanner AG, Basel

Zürich, 15 April 2010 - Orell Füssli Buchhandlungs AG, Zurich (Orell Füssli Book Retailing), a division of Orell Füssli Group, has taken a share of 25% in Bider & Tanner, a leading independent book retailer in Basel//Switzerland. 

No information will be disclosed regarding the purchase price.
