Changes in the Board of Directors of Orell Fuessli

Zurich, March 29, 2010 - By reason of the statutory term limit, Balthasar Meier will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting called for May 11, 2010. The Board of Directors will propose Nick Huber for election as a new Member of the Board at the Annual General Meeting. Nick Huber is a Member of the Executive Board of SFS services AG, Heerbrugg/Switzerland, as well as Chairman and Member of the Board Directors respectively of the publicly traded companies Coltene Holding AG and Gurit Holding AG. All directors of Orell Fuessli are elected for a one-year term of office.
