Effectively implemented corporate governance is a major concern of Orell Füssli. The Board of Directors regularly addresses the topic of corporate governance and initiates appropriate improvements.

Orell Füssli complies with the requirements and principles set out in the guidelines on corporate governance issued by the Swiss Stock Exchange SWX and the relevant commentaries.
