The Orell Füssli Group is subdivided into three operational divisions and the Publishing Companies.

Orell Füssli seeks to secure strong positions in selected niche markets with all divisions and generate profitable growth above the industry average. Orell Füssli thus aims to create value for customers and shareholders. The holding company assists the divisions in the implementation of their strategies and supports them with shared services such as treasury, controlling, human resources and IT.



 The Board of Directors periodically reviews the group’s portfolio of activities and makes adjustments where necessary. The divisions develop their strategies independently under the guidance of the CEO.
